The iROPE low double rail crab is the new generation of the compact wire rope hoist and successor to the proven DL series. Thanks to the lowered design of the headroom, the iROPE low is the best possible solution for low room heights and lack of space above the main crane girder. A one-sided articulated chassis beam connection guarantees full support of all crab wheels. The forces arising from the trolley operation are thus optimally distributed over the substructure.

In the first step, the iROPE low is used up to a load capacity of 12.5 t. The new guide shaft for attaching the rope guide makes sure that the rope guide is oriented more precisely and with less problems. Besides the newly developed, more compact bottom block, which ensures an optimised C dimension, a more compact stroke limit switch has also been installed.

The iROPE low also incorporates the latest drive technology. For example, the new X hoist motor series allows the grading to be improved, while increasing the load-dependent lifting speed in the stepless range on the other. Furthermore, the new CT-Com+ trolley drive is used throughout the entire series.

In the two-rail segment, the new iROPE low expands the product range and allows us to use the latest iROPE technology where space optimization plays a major role.
